Heavy and line maintenance
The staff has extensive experience in heavy and line maintenance in several manufacturers and models of aircraft such as Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer, in such aircrafts models we have started implemented, positioned and management over 30 line maintenance stations around Mexico, as for Heavy maintenance being responsible for management for an MRO, that after a few years it came to position itself as the second independent MRO in Mexico, having made more than a hundred services in aircrafts like Boeing, Embraer and Bombardier. In addition, we have the experience of the implementation within the MRO of a Painting Shop, which was positioned as the second most important painting Shop in Mexico.
Consultancy, advisory and Management
RAAS offers its clients experience and knowledge in Consulting, among which stands out the participation in more than 20 government tenders, over several years, stands out. Likewise, our collaborators have the experience and knowledge of more than 15 years in the management earlier to the National (AFAC) and International Aeronautical Authorities (FAA).
We have elaborated more than one thousand advisory and agency procedures to these authorities among which the opening and operation of airlines, MRO`s, which now allows us to have an excellent relationship, prestige and reputation with these authorities.
Our staff has the successful participation, coordination and direction of the development and implementation of the Operational Safety Management System (SMS) of an MRO and also one regional airline as well as the coordination, development and implementation of IOSA certification to a regional airline.
RAAS has expert personnel in audit processes (external and internal) participating in more than 250 of these throughout the Mexican Republic, as well as abroad. This practice involved auditing and preparing airlines, MRO`s, suppliers, etc., for compliance with the regulations of the National Aeronautical Authority (AFAC) and International (FAA), among other authorities.
RAAS has the experience of its collaborators with more than 150 aircraft in the process of incorporation and delivery of aircraft, among which it has participated in different teams such as Boeing (from 737’s to 787’s), Airbus (A320’s family), Bombardier (CRJ`s Series), Embraer (from EMB145 to EMB190), among other aircraft, throughout the world
